Gators kicker Austin Hardin had some pretty big shoes to fill this season. Hardin redshirted his freshman year to sit behind senior Caleb Strugis, who is now 7-7 with the Miami Dolphins. Hitting on four of seven field goals so far this year, Hardin thinks he can do better.
Austin Hardin has scored more points than any other Gator this year, so goes it with the kicking position. But with a 4 of 7 mark and a long of 33 yards, he knows he has to get better.
Hardin had an opportunity to kick a 53 yards against Kentucky on Saturday, but missed. Still, his head coach continues to have confidence in him.
